Hello:)

My name is Brett. I am a coach and personal trainer, whose main focus will always be to help you reach your goals. I personally have enjoyed many different types of training in my life thus far. I ran Cross Country in high school, I trained mostly for aesthetics during my college years (imagine that), and in the last several years I have grown to love strength sports (CrossFit, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Strongman, etc). I am a nutrition nerd, who is probably on a government watchlist for all of the healthy things I have tried to stuff into a blender.

Here is a list of things that I know are absolute facts of life:
1. Dogs are better than cats (but cats are way better than geese).

2. Coffee needs to be the 8th wonder of the world.

3. Nobody ever has all the answers.
